This Weekend January 16-17 has played the Final of the Championship of Spain in the club Go LaPedra of Barcelona. For those who do not know, the FdCE is a tournament of eight seeded players in previous tournaments and competing for decide the champion of Spain in that year (well, actually, a year earlier; paradoxes of life ...).


This year's winner was Oscar Anguilla. We can say that I am particularly pleased by this, for several reasons. The first because he deserved. It was time to prove a force that has FdCE. The second, because it shows that today the title of champion of Spain has many boyfriends, contrary to some voices arguing that always won them. In at least last four years, the champion has been a different person each year. To this we must add that this year there were two participants who did not FdCE had ever played, including one, Antonio Egea, has been runner!


As for the tournament itself, relaxed and friendly as it should be provided (and I guess the photo attests). A party of the first round was played Friday night (the game Joan Alemany-Cesar) to accommodate the schedules of the participants (in this case, Joan). In short, another pleasant experience that we hope to repeat many years.
