6 .- Participation of foreign athletes:

10.- Descalificaciones, de los atletas que:
- No realice el recorrido completo.
- Quien altere la publicidad del dorsal o lo lleve doblado sin que se vean los logotipos pertinentes.
- Quien entre en meta sin el teach back or not on arrival.

are unique competence of the Committee of Judges of the Principality of Asturias.
